Ben and Autum responded VERY quickly to my needs, walked me through what was happening, next steps, financing options (which we did not end up needing!) and replaced both our furnace and hot water tank the next day. Woke up to a cold house a couple of weeks ago, and a furnace that was not doing anything. I tried to get hold of a couple of places to look at it, Ben at Valley was not only the first one to respond but was able to come to the house within a couple hours.
He had a look and tried to get it going again but did not have much luck, so we discussed the options and came to the conclusion that replacing the furnace was the best option. He was able to get me a quote on the spot, even able to give me quotes on a few different options. He was very courteous and helpful. Once we have everything figured out and I decided to go ahead, we got everything booked and scheduled.
I work away from home and I was heading back to work the next day, which left my wife home to be there. The Valley Heating crew communicated very well with her, and were polite and friendly. More than willing to answer all of my wife’s questions, and let her know what they were doing.
The job was completed within a day, new furnace, hot water tank, addition of new venting, and some other odds and ends. The work appears to be high quality, and they were super clean when coming and going, and left the area clean when they left.
So far, everything is working as expected, hopefully we will not need to have them back, but in the future, if we need their services, they will be my first call. Highly recommended.
