Andrew was very prompt.. He attempted to possibly get it going, as he didn’t have the correct part to fix the problem. That didn’t work. But he went back to the shop and got the correct part and everything is working great. Excellent service!

Inspection was done on my furnace and required some repairs. Had parts ordered and back installed quickly.

Great on time service. We had them install a new energy efficient furnace /air conditioning/ heat pump into the home we just moved into. Turned out that the water heater was on its last legs and it too was replaced within our short time frame. Mess during installation was kept to a minimum and a good cleaning was done upon completion. First time using this company. I had a furnace tune up done. Great service from the initial call right up until the techs left my home. Booking the appointment over the phone was easy with really friendly staff. The techs came on time, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. We had a small problem with our furnace. Valley heating showed up within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem immediately. Very satisfied with service as well the service individuals. We definitely will call them again.
