Inspection was done on my furnace and required some repairs. Had parts ordered and back installed quickly.

Great on time service. We had them install a new energy efficient furnace /air conditioning/ heat pump into the home we just moved into. Turned out that the water heater was on its last legs and it too was replaced within our short time frame. Mess during installation was kept to a minimum and a good cleaning was done upon completion. We had a small problem with our furnace. Valley heating showed up within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem immediately. Very satisfied with service as well the service individuals. We definitely will call them again.

Excellent service. My furnace is less than a year old, being a New Year’s Eve install, so the checkup didn’t take long. My humidifier filter needed replacing, and they waited for me to pick one up from Rona. How’s that for service? Thanks, guys!

I phoned these gentlemen at 3 and by 630 I had heat. That included picking up parts in the city. Very happy
This will be the second time I’ve called these folks. Thursday they’re here to check out a 50 year old furnace. They can replace, but busy til Tuesday. They take another look at my 95 year old mother and by noon (on Thursday), they’re dismantling the furnace while a second gentleman is picking up supplies in the city. Both men stayed until 9 when the job was completed. My mom can now keep her house at a constant 90 degrees thanks to these folks. I would highly recommend them.
