They did a great job. They showed up early did a complete inspection and were very informative as to my needs .Both gentleman were very polite and professional.
The service was great! Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and was able to come out on short notice! I wouldn’t hesitate calling them again.
Ben took time out of his busy schedule to come in and assess and issue we were having with our boiler unit. He was in constant contact letting us know what was happening with finding parts etc.

These guys did a great job, easy scheduling.
Inspection was done on my furnace and required some repairs. Had parts ordered and back installed quickly.
Nawar was a super knowledgeable tech that clearly explained what was required to have a properly performing furnace before winter.

Great on time service. We had them install a new energy efficient furnace /air conditioning/ heat pump into the home we just moved into. Turned out that the water heater was on its last legs and it too was replaced within our short time frame. Mess during installation was kept to a minimum and a good cleaning was done upon completion. Would recommend their services. J & B

First time using this company. I had a furnace tune up done. Great service from the initial call right up until the techs left my home. Booking the appointment over the phone was easy with really friendly staff. The techs came on time, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. We had a small problem with our furnace. Valley heating showed up within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem immediately. Very satisfied with service as well the service individuals. We definitely will call them again.

I phoned these gentlemen at 3 and by 630 I had heat. That included picking up parts in the city. Very happy
This will be the second time I’ve called these folks. Thursday they’re here to check out a 50 year old furnace. They can replace, but busy til Tuesday. They take another look at my 95 year old mother and by noon (on Thursday), they’re dismantling the furnace while a second gentleman is picking up supplies in the city. Both men stayed until 9 when the job was completed. My mom can now keep her house at a constant 90 degrees thanks to these folks. I would highly recommend them.
