Specialist showed up on time and repaired two leaks on my furnace. One required a new P Trap and the other a new length of pipe. Work was done expertly and under the quote given. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Had a furnace problem in Turner Valley ... i.e. it wouldn't come on. Called up the folks at Valley H&C and they came out in a few hours to have a look. They were able to diagnose the issue and had replacement parts on the truck. Had the problem fixed Pronto. Great to have someone local!!!

Can't say enough about Ben and the staff at Valley Heating and Cooling. They went above and beyond to get my 80 year old mother's aging furnace replaced during some of the coldest temperatures ever reached in Alberta (Jan.13-15, 2024). Ben arrived from Turner Valley to High River within the hour of placing the service call the evening of Jan.15th. He explained everything through the diagnostic process; rational for replacement over repair, provided excellent pricing on new furnace, quality installation and cleanup, and compassion to getting a senior's heating issues addressed as quickly as possible. Was -45 furnace broke down no heat. Called them at 10am they had a technician at my home in 2hrs Ben was quick funny honest and efficient. He will service my house hold from now on!
