Our furnace was not working. Called Valley and they answered the phone. Said they would send someone out. Within an hour Ben showed up at our house. Ben was able to repair the furnace. We were very happy with the entire process. We will be using Valley for our future heating and cooling issues.

We had a heat pump installed. Ben was very prompt at getting me a quote and the project was completed earlier than I expected! Very good work, they communicated well, they honoured the quote even though they had to air freight in a component and I would certainly use them again.

Specialist showed up on time and repaired two leaks on my furnace. One required a new P Trap and the other a new length of pipe. Work was done expertly and under the quote given. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Had a furnace problem in Turner Valley … i.e. it wouldn’t come on. Called up the folks at Valley H&C and they came out in a few hours to have a look. They were able to diagnose the issue and had replacement parts on the truck. Had the problem fixed Pronto. Great to have someone local!!!
