Ben was very prompt getting out to a leaking humidifier! He gave us options on how to move forward as the furnace was old too, we opted to replace and the whole team was fantastic, friendly and did a very professional job! We are lucky to have them in Diamond Valley ! Thanks again !

Technician Andrew came. He was very polite and thorough. He checked the furnace and the thermostat and the ducts.

I called @ 1:30 pm they got here approx 2:30 and we soon decided to replace the hot water tank. They worked until it was installed. Great experience will recommend them.

Excellent service. It’s awesome to have a company like this local. Dan did a great job, with Ben assisting when needed. [I know he’s the boss!]. I now have a new furnace, after 8 hours of no heat. Big job! All is working well.

Our furnace was not working. Called Valley and they answered the phone. Said they would send someone out. Within an hour Ben showed up at our house. Ben was able to repair the furnace. We were very happy with the entire process. We will be using Valley for our future heating and cooling issues.

We had a heat pump installed. Ben was very prompt at getting me a quote and the project was completed earlier than I expected! Very good work, they communicated well, they honoured the quote even though they had to air freight in a component and I would certainly use them again.
