Woke up to a cold house a couple of weeks ago, and a furnace that was not doing anything. I tried to get hold of a couple of places to look at it, Ben at Valley was not only the first one to respond but was able to come to the house within a couple hours.
He had a look and tried to get it going again but did not have much luck, so we discussed the options and came to the conclusion that replacing the furnace was the best option. He was able to get me a quote on the spot, even able to give me quotes on a few different options. He was very courteous and helpful. Once we have everything figured out and I decided to go ahead, we got everything booked and scheduled.
I work away from home and I was heading back to work the next day, which left my wife home to be there. The Valley Heating crew communicated very well with her, and were polite and friendly. More than willing to answer all of my wife’s questions, and let her know what they were doing.
The job was completed within a day, new furnace, hot water tank, addition of new venting, and some other odds and ends. The work appears to be high quality, and they were super clean when coming and going, and left the area clean when they left.
So far, everything is working as expected, hopefully we will not need to have them back, but in the future, if we need their services, they will be my first call. Highly recommended.

Not one negative thing about this experience working with Valley heating and cooling. They are a wonderful group of people to work with. Very knowledgeable, and efficient workers. Every was done in a timely manner from start to finish. And it feels a bit better to support a local foothills company.

Technician Andrew came. He was very polite and thorough. He checked the furnace and the thermostat and the ducts.

I called @ 1:30 pm they got here approx 2:30 and we soon decided to replace the hot water tank. They worked until it was installed. Great experience will recommend them.

Excellent service. It’s awesome to have a company like this local. Dan did a great job, with Ben assisting when needed. [I know he’s the boss!]. I now have a new furnace, after 8 hours of no heat. Big job! All is working well.

Our furnace was not working. Called Valley and they answered the phone. Said they would send someone out. Within an hour Ben showed up at our house. Ben was able to repair the furnace. We were very happy with the entire process. We will be using Valley for our future heating and cooling issues.
